the Group continues to the original intention of " cultivate talent for the Party and the State ", and fully implements the Party's education policy into the overall process of talent cultivating in universities. We implement the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on how to advance ideological and political work in colleges and universities, with methods to actively build a "big ideological and political" education pattern through "Party building plus ideological and political", to vigorously innovate the "big ideological and political" education practice, build the main ideological front in colleges and universities, and strengthen the ideal belief and value guidance. Yunnan Technology and Business University, established by the Group in Yunnan Province, is the first private university to establish a Party committee. It has also built the first Party history-themed education centre among colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, and invited to delivered a speech at the National Party Building Work Conference for Colleges and Universities. The Group’s grassroot Party organisations in several colleges and universities have been selected as "National Party Construction Model Branch", "Provincial First-class Party Construction Model Branch" and "Provincial Party Construction Demonstration Unit".

All colleges and universities of the Group are committed to the centre position of talent cultivation, face to the national strategic emerging industries and regional economic and social development, and form a discipline and specialty structure on high-quality industrial development and innovation needs. New achievements have been made in the construction of advantageous majors such as computer science and technology, welding technology and engineering, nursing, automobile manufacturing and testing technology, machinery manufacturing and automation, preschool education, etc. The Group also offers new in-demand specialties that combine information technology, intelligent manufacturing and people's livelihoods, such as artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, big data, new energy vehicles, dental medicine etc. We have promoted the professional collaboration between the preschool education major and the Snow Laboratory of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The Group has promoted the overall reform of the "most student-oriented" education and teaching model in all colleges and universities of the Group by promoting the reform of result-oriented OBE education model comprehensively and hiring Zhao Juming (赵炬明), a well-known scholar, as a senior advisor. The Group has established several national and provincial first-class majors, outstanding engineer education and training program pilot majors, high-level specialty groups, and vocational education demonstration emerging majors. In recent two years, our students have won 572 national and 3,023 provincial awards, respectively, in the professional competitions of various majors. The quantity and quality of awards won by the Group's colleges and universities have been always among the top in its peers in the region.

the Group’s all colleges and universities of actively serve the needs of industry and regional economic and social development, constantly deepen industry-education integration, promote the construction of the industry-education collaboration community, and build a talent training platform for school-enterprise collaboration. We have carried out various forms of in-depth industry-education collaboration programs. We have collaborated with 1,150 well-known enterprises such as Huawei, Geely Automobile and JD(Jingdong), built 991 off-campus practice bases such as China Huaneng, Tesla, etc., established 51 industrial colleges with Huawei ICT, iFLYTEK Artificial Intelligence, China National Machinery Academy Group Modern Welding, etc., and opened 108 employment classes for famous enterprises such as Geely New Energy Automobile and Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing. We have been effectively promoting the orderly connection of the education chain with other various chains including talent, industry, and innovation to constantly enhance the education quality and improve the level of application-oriented and technical and skilled talents with high-quality.

over the past three years, the Group has invested billions in campus infrastructure construction, improved building facilities and campus landscapes, and continued promoting digital transformation and smart campus construction, bringing a brighter look to the campus. We have set up the first experience management department in domestic colleges and universities, introducing the peak experience management into the student service. The Group has held sports, art, and other featured brand theme activities. The colleges and universities of the Group continued to win awards in sports, art, and other major events, fostering the continuous improvement on the satisfaction of students and teacher. "Student Education via Environment and Service" has become an innovative form of executing the “three comprehensive education”. the Group deeply practices the development concept of ESG, and continuously makes efforts in following aspects, such as social equity, environmental protection, "dual carbon" strategy, and greener campuses. Over the years, the Group has continued to implement the education assistance project of "No one should be left behind", with a cumulative investment of RMB 87 million, giving financial aid to more than 9,600 needed students, none of whom dropped out of school due to financial reasons. Since 2007, "Development Support Programme" for ethnic minorities with small population has been set up. We have undertaken the "Youth Entrepreneurship College in Rural Areas of Western Yunnan programme " to promote rural revitalisation, which was supported by the Ministry of Education, cultivating nearly 1,000 rural entrepreneurs for free, with more than 4,000 people employed. Mr. Li Xiaoxuan（李孝轩）, the founder of the Group, has devoted himself to higher education for decades. He has been elected as a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress, a member of the 14th National Committee of the CPPCC, a member of the 15th Central Committee of the Democratic Progressive Movement, a vice-chairman of the China Association for Non-Government Education, a vice-chairman of the China Association of Universities (Colleges) of Applied  Science and other social positions. He has successively won such honorary titles of "National Poverty Alleviation Award Contribution Award（全国脱贫攻坚奖奉献奖）", " May 1 Labour Medals （全国五一劳动奖章）", "Advanced Individual who has made contributions to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects（为全面建成小康社会作贡献先进个人）", " Outstanding President of Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award（黄炎培职业教育奖杰出校长奖）", etc.
