1999

Yunnan Einsun Vocational Skills Training Station was established, starting the entrepreneurial history of China New Higher Education Group.

2004

Yunnan Einsun Software Vocational College was established, unveiling a new teaching phase of the Group’s formal higher education.

2009

Guizhou Technology and Business Institute was commenced to be constructed.

2011

Yunnan Einsun Software Vocational College was upgraded to an undergraduate college, and was renamed as Yunnan Technology and Business University, the first batch of private undergraduate colleges in Southwest China and the first private undergraduate college in Yunnan Province.

2012

The Group's headquarter relocated to Beijing from Yunnan.

Guizhou Technology and Business Institute was established.The school has now become the largest private school in Guizhou Province with a leading employment rate and an increasing social reputation.

2014

Yunnan Technology and Business University was awarded as “Typical Model School for National Graduate Employment and Top 50 National Employment” by the MOE.

2015

Hubei Enshi College(formerly known as Science and Technology College of Hubei Minzu University) joined the Group.

2016

Harbin Huade University(formerly known as Huade College of Harbin Institute of Technology) joined the Group, being the first batch of pilot universities for the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Scheme” in Heilongjiang Province.

2017

China New Higher Education Group listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange Stock code:02001.HK.

2018

Lanzhou College of Information Science and Technology (formerly known as College of Technology and Engineering of Lanzhou University of Technology) joined the Group.

Luoyang Vocational College Of Science And Technology joined the Group.

2020

Guizhou Technology and Business Institute was awarded the “Top 100 Typical Cases of Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates in China”.

2021

Zhengzhou City Vocational College joined the Group.

Hubei Enshi College and Lanzhou College of Information Science and Technology completed conversion.

The Pearl River Delta Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center were launched in Shenzhen and Beijing, respectively.

2022

The promotion of Guizhou Technology and Business Institute to an undergraduate-level vocational university has been included in the cultivation unit of Guizhou Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan” College Establishment Plan.

The initiative to establish Guizhou Technology and Business University on the basis of Guizhou Technology and Business Institute was incorporated into the “14th Five-Year Plan” for University Establishment of Guizhou Province.

2023

Yunnan School successfully passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching by the Ministry of Education.

Guizhou School was approved as a provincial-level high-level vocational major group institution in Guizhou (i.e., “high-level higher vocational” school).

2024

The Group officially released its Corporate Culture Manual.

Harbin Huade University passed the undergraduate teaching review assessment organized by the MOE and was approved as a provincial construction entity for new master’s degree-granting programmes in Heilongjiang Province.

Yunnan Technology and Business University was approved as a provincial construction entity for new master’s degree-granting programmes.

China New Higher Education Group received an ESG score of 36 for the first time from Standard & Poor’s, one of the three major international rating agencies. It ranked 7th globally and 1st in China in the diversified consumer industry, and was selected for S&P Global’s “Sustainability Yearbook (China)”, being the first and only enterprise from the industry to be included.

2025

China New Higher Education Group earned inclusion in S&P Global’s “Sustainability Yearbook (China)” for the second consecutive year, maintaining its first-place position in China with continuously rising global standing.

Yunnan Technology and Business University was approved to set up a provincial postdoctoral research workstation, making it the sole institution of its kind in Yunnan Province to receive this qualification.

Hubei Enshi College was approved as a “2021-2024 National Advanced Unit in Mass Sports”, and the school leaders met General Secretary Xi Jinping at the commendation ceremony.

Harbin Huade University was selected as one of the “Second Batch of Doctoral Innovation Stations in Heilongjiang Province”, and Harbin Huade University-Zhejiang Barton Welding Technology Research Institute Academician Workstation was formally established.

2026

The Group won S&P Global’s Industry Outstanding Progress Award for the first time. It has been featured in S&P Global’s “Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition)” for three consecutive years, ranking among the world’s top five and No.1 within China’s higher education sector.

The Ministry of Education approved the upgrade of Guizhou Technology and Business Institute to Guizhou Technology and Business University.
